Featuring Peter Corriston’s design from the album ‘Tattoo You’, w/ the Glimmer Twins in all their individual glory. Front(Mick) & back (Keef). Dope piece of official merch from the Stones 1981 ‘American Tour’ in promotion of the record.
Corriston, responsible for the design of ‘Some Girls’, ‘Emotional Rescue’, ‘Undercover’, and previously nominated for a Grammy for Zeppelin’s classic, Physical Graffiti , went on to win a Grammy for Best Album Package for ‘Tattoo You’.
The band had minor hits w/ the singles ‘Hang Fire’ & ‘Waiting On A Friend’, a personal favorite, and they captured what turned out to be one of the biggest hits of their hit filled catalog, ‘Start Me Up’.
